ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗದ ತ್ಯಾವರೆಕೊಪ್ಪ ಹುಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿಂಹಧಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ 13 ವರ್ಷದ ಸರ್ವೇಶ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಸಿಂಹ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ಇದು ಬನ್ನೇರುಘಟ್ಟದಿಂದ ಶಿವಮೊಗ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ 2018ರಲ್ಲಿ ತರಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಯಾವುದೇ ಅನಾರೋಗ್ಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಬುಧವಾರ ರಕ್ತ ವಾಂತಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿತು.ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಪಶುವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಂಹಕ್ಕೆ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ನೀಡಿದರೂ ಸಹ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆ ಫಲಕಾರಿಯಾಗದೇ ಸಿಂಹ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು ಆರು ಸಿಂಹಗಳಿದ್ದವು ಈ ಸಿಂಹ ಮೃತಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಒಟ್ಟು ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಐದಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ದಿಢೀರ್ ನೇ ಸಿಂಹ ಸಾವನ್ನಪ್ಪಿರೋದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಹಿಮೊಪ್ರೊಟೊಜೋವನ್ ( hemoprotozoan ) […]
