Khandre, has announced the renaming of the 1,494-acre and 38-gunta forest area in Vijayapura district’s Mamadapur village to “Shri Siddeshwara Swamiji Biodiversity Heritage Site”. This decision honors Shri Siddeshwara Swamiji’s significant contributions to environmental conservation and community welfare through his spiritual teachings.
